Putting in a system is our main job. The other services below are for houses that already have a pipe, a dead fan, an open crawl space, or a builder who left a stub. Every house is laid out differently, so the detailed quote waits until we see the foundation — a free on-site survey first.
Main work
This is our main work. We install a system that pulls radon from under your house and vents it outside. Every job starts with a free on-site survey so we can see the foundation before we give a detailed quote.
Most homes get a sealed suction point, a quiet fan, and a pipe that exits above the roof. The layout changes if you have a basement, a crawl space, a slab, or a mix. We walk that with you in person — not over the phone.

Building a new home? We can put in a radon system while the house is going up, or finish a radon-ready setup your builder already started.
It is easier to place pipe and a suction point before the drywall goes in. If the house is already framed with a stub, we can look at it during a free on-site survey and tell you what is left to do.

Already have a passive radon pipe with no fan? We can check it and add the fan and sealing so it works as an active system.
A pipe by itself does not pull much. We look at the stack, the slab or crawl space, and where a fan can sit without buzzing through a bedroom wall. The detailed quote comes after that visit.

Radon fans wear out. If yours is noisy, weak, or dead, we can replace it and get your system running again.
Bring any notes you have about the old fan if you have them. We still want to see the pipe and the foundation so the new fan is the right size and the system seals the way it should.

When an open crawl space is letting in moisture or radon, we can seal it with a liner as part of a full mitigation plan after your free on-site survey.
We do not wrap a crawl space just because it is there. If bare soil or leaks would keep a mitigation system from working well, we will say so on the visit and include that work in the plan.

An energy recovery ventilator pulls fresh outdoor air in and pushes stale indoor air out at the same time. As those two streams pass, the unit moves heat — and some moisture — between them, so you are not dumping all the heating or cooling.
For radon, the unit can be set so a little more air comes in than goes out. That slight positive pressure means indoor air wants to leave through cracks in the foundation instead of letting soil gas sneak in. An ERV is not a substitute for a mitigation system under the house. We install one when it belongs in the plan after a free on-site survey, then a detailed quote.
After we install a system, we can test to confirm it is working. If you already have a test from someone else, bring it to your free on-site survey.
We offer a company 10-year warranty on qualifying radon mitigation work. On-site surveys stay free no matter which of these you need.
